What's the difference between Total Efficiency and Measured Efficiency?
Nothing seems to be odd with my usual setup, but when I switch over to the club's 40 gallon system, for the last brew I got a 69% total efficiency and a 55.4% Measured efficiency.

We seriously undershot the OG, so I belive the 55.4%, but I dont' know where the 69% is pulling numbers from.

Hi
The 69% is the "total brewhouse efficiency" number used to estimate your OG.  It can be set from the design tab or in your equipment profile.

If your measured was 55%, I would recommend lowering your "total" for the next batch - it is the main number used to estimate OG.
