Sort salt additions by time, or add a Sparge option for "Use in"

When I add salt additions to a recipe, they are sorted by weight.  However, some of my additions go into the mash, some go into the sparge water.  There is no "Use in: Sparge" option, so I specify the sparge salts as "Use in: Mash" with a time of 0 minutes, as opposed to 60 minutes for the mash salts.

Could we have the salt additions sorted by time, or get a "Use in: Sparge" option.

(I'm using 2.0.40.)
