Local water information

Hi all
I have entered my local water authority specification into the relevant section. Can anyone advise on how to set this as my default water for all recipes.

Hi,
  - Open a new recipe
  - Set whatever you want within that recipe (i.e. you can add water to it, set the equipment, etc)
  - Use the "Set as Default" button on the ribbon - this will set the current recipe to be the "default recipe" or template for all future recipes
  - After that - any new recipes you add will use all of the settings/ingredients you set above
