defaulting to whole hops?

Is there any way to set whole (or leaf) hops as default? I couldn't find such an option.
Every hop addition comes first as pellets, I have to edit every addition. I can't even choose hop type when I add them.

If the answer is to set up an inventory, it's a bad one. I don't keep a big inventory, but buy hops I need when I need.

I've added this one to my list "to do"- I need to add an option to "default" hops to a different type, or as you point out at least make it a selection when adding new hops.

  I agree it needs to be added for a future update.
