Hi all,
I'm an all-grain brewing beginner and I'd really appreciate some help. I've attached my equipment profile and have set it up as best I can but am having problems.
I'm using the Maxi-Biab technique and as such only have a small mash tun (19L). A lot of the recipes I convert using these settings gives me a grain bill in excess of 4.5-5kg with is just too large for my mash tun.
If anyone on here's familiar with Maxi-Biab and BeerSmith I'd really appreciate some pointers on how to improve my equipment profile to better suit by kit.
