Thanks for the great tool.

It would be helpful for the tool to calculate the specific heat of the Mash Tun by asking the user to perform an experiment.  The dialog might work like this.

------------------------

To calibrate your Mash Tun perform the following experiment.  Allow your Mash Tun to come to room temperature.  Meanwhile heat 4 gallons of water to your typical strike temperature.  Record the room temperature of your MLT.  Add the hot water to the MLT and let it rest for 5 minutes and take the temperature of the water.  Input the values below:

xxx - Initial temp of the MLT
xxx - Volume of water
xxx - Temperature of water
xxx - Temperature of water after added to MLT and waiting for 5 min

-------------------------

From these value the specific heat of the MLT can be calculated.  See this cool web site http://www.haandbryg.dk/mashcalc.html#rest for an example that converts these measurements into a water volume that represents the MLT.  In the current system the weight of the water could be entered as the weight of Mash Tun and the Mash Tun Specific Heat would be set to 1.0.
