Anyone have any data on Brewhouse Beer Kits?
http://www.thebrewhouse.com/technical/index.htmI'm planning on doing a couple stout kits today, with Wyeast 1099 and Wyeast 1275. I'm hoping to add some extra grains to it(chocolate malt, 2 row, flaked oats), and just want to be sure of what numbers I'm working with.
If anyone has an idea of what numbers to use in BeerSmith, I would appreciate it
