Freezer conversion

My wife gave me a great 7cu in. freezer last week and I am trying to find a good web site (with pics) that shows the construction features of the lid "extension".  I had saved a great site long ago, but it has since evaporated...like our kegged brews!!.
If you know of one please let me know.  If you have any suggestions, I am open for that too.   ;D

Yea, I did, but I couldn't resist.  

May I suggest mounting the taps in the collar,  That way you won't have to mount a tower too.

This is one of the best I've seen - note he even thought about creating an air gap between the freezer and side panels because the freezer convects the heat through the sides:
