Based on the test I did yesterday From boil to cooling the loss was 1.39 gallons total. I lost 1.1 gal during boil and .29 during cooling. In my profile should I just enter 1.39 into the boil off field or the 1.1 and use the percentage to make up the cooling difference(.29)? Not understanding if the 4% loss is calculating the differnce (1.1 + .29 totaling 1.39) I just know that my total loss is 1.39. Any other suggestions based on the image would be helpful.

My equipment list is:
50 lit Heineken Keg
5 gal rubbermaid MT
7 gal glass carboys (maybe 6.5)

if clarification is needed please let me know, I want to finalize my equipment setup for a brew Im starting. thanks

Hi,
The 4% is due to cooling (i.e. if you measure your volume before cooling).  If you have already accounted for cooling losses, just enter a zero in as the cooling loss percentage.
