Inventory, ph tracking and fermentation tracking.

I have three suggestions.

[*]I often will 'save as' my recipes as I make adjustments and I notice that the inventory is only updated if I go through and substitute all my ingredients to update the db. At present the inventory system is not very useful as it does not update itself.
[*]I am interested in tracking pH at points other than mash and runoff. I'd like to have fields to record post boil and post ferment pH.
[*]I'd also like to be able to create a graph of gravity readings over fermentation. Seeing this curve would help to anticipate when certain gravity levels will be reached.
