My question has to do with recipe Addams Family lager from one of the addon recipe packs CCHBS Extract Recipes.
The two lager yeasts have different temperature ranges. I am new to lager brewing but would like to try to make a batch.
The Beer Smith fermentation profile also seems to be high in comparism to may of the books that talk about making lager. Can anyone provide some insight into this recipe? If so how did it turn out? Did you need to add more yeast at bottling time?
