I'm a fairly new brewer, been going 2 years now.
I mostly do 5 gallon partial mash at home, but my brew buddy and I have a 10 gallon all grain set up at his place...about to upgrade to 20 gallons
I prefer dark, strong belgian beers, scotch ales and the occassional pilsner. but willing to try almost anything new at least once.
