Hello-
I've been brewing my own since 2004. Started on a Mr. Beer Kit, and have been forever upgrading. Decided to recently begin all-grain brewing, and decided to jump in with both feet. Built most of my own equipment myself, and decided to give beersmith a try, it has been surprisingly accurate. I just ended up getting my 2nd batch of Cream Ale into the primary fermenter, the first batch is in a secondary fermenter. So far So good!!
