I have been brewing for almost a year now, all extract so far. I have a Hef and English Porter recipes that I have tweaked to produce a very outstanding nectar so that is going very well. My next move is to all grain so the Beer Smith Software is very intriguing to me.
Having some issues with the software so I jumped in here to have a look around
