Hey there,
My name is Jason, I just began homebrewing in my basement in Denver, CO. I currently work for the Mountain Sun Brewery, out of Boulder, but at their Denver location called the Vine St. Pub. Construction on our brewery is almost finished and i am trying to get my foot in the door brewing for them instead of just bartending, so i figured that brewing good beer from home is a good start. Hope this forum teaches me some things, and i hope i can give back some good information as well, as i can always ask the brewers at my work who have been making great beer for 20 years. Thats all i got.
