i have a 48 quart cooler which is my mash tun and i have a 40 quart boil pot and i want to do five and six gallon batches so what equipment set up option do i choose?
 
in the software i mean. I have all the stuff to physically.
 
Benzy, I have pretty much the same setup you do.  I'll export my equipment profile this afternoon and post to this thread.

Make one, copy and paste one that is close and rename it. Boil some water, take measurements to get you close and then take measurements over about 5 brews to get a good average.
 
Here it is.  9.5 gallon brewpot and 48 qt mash tun.
