Mash grain/water ratio

Anyone know how to adjust this?  Can't seem to find it anywhere.

Looks like the default is 1.25 gal per pound.  What I was looking for was a "master" setting that would change the ratio in all the mash profiles.
I guess you have to go through and change each one manually.
