Hey, everybody! I started brewing a couple of months ago and got 2 batches bottled before Christmas. I bought an extensive set of used equipment for a little bit of cash at the end of the holidays and did an Irish Stout partial mash that came along with it. Its now in the secondary waiting for some dark toasted oak chips to soak up some whiskey. I did an American Pale Ale as my first all grain this past Saturday. Loved it!
