Hi everyone.
My name is Tito and i live in Portugal, debt cripled Europe.
I've been home-brewing for some time now. I've started with extract recipes and made my way through all grain beers.
Had some bumps along the way (bacterial contamination, bottle-bombs, low carbonation), but now it turns out it paid of.
My current gear includes a 20 liter Braumeister from Speidel, which slashed a very long time from my brewday. I'm at 6 hours total, from grain grinding to washed equipment which i think is a pretty good time (some time ago it took me about 8 to 10 hours...).
Anyway, since the beginning i'm using BeerSmith to tweak my recipes and i think its an excelent software. I have some questions about it though and before i post them, i'll do some research here in the forum.
Hope i can learn more about this excelent form of art.
Cheers!
Tito
