I'm trying to add a Viking Ale recipe from the May/June 2011 BYO magazine. It calls for Briess Pilsen malt. I can't find Pilsen malt in the grain list. Do I user Pilsner? If so, which one? Also, I can't find Heather Tips in the other lists either. How do I add that?
