I've been lucky enough to score a couple of 5 gallon pails of 26 DE corn syrup that I'd like to add as an adjunct.  Since this is low dextrose, I want to put it into the mash to get some fermentables out of it.

Does anyone have advice for entering it into Beersmith2?  Do I call it a "Grain" so that it'll be mashable?  Beersmith doesn't  seem to want to mash sugars.

(I'm a newbie with the software, currently working on getting some repeat batches made to quantify my brewhouse efficiency.)
