I am doing a project and was wondering if there is a equipment profile for a 7bbl system that I could copy from someone.

cheers!

Ditto on that... I am also planning a system based on the new Stout / Brewmation 7BBL setup

There are a lot of variables to that request. For instance, Direct Fire will make beers a shade or two darker than steam. Kettle geometry and nmber of batches per day will also change things.

For planning, are you looking for brewhouse losses and overall efficiency?
