Editing Inventory Items

I am adding some hops I purchased to my inventory. How do I edit the information that is displayed in the lower window pane?

Do the modifications in the Ingredients list.  Then add the inventory of the new item.  Make a copy of the line item in the Ingredients that matches best.  Then edit your copy to match what you have (also rename it so you can recognize your local copy).
