uploading grain databases, hops...

THis may sound stupid, but how do I add quickly the databases I find here on the site? The dingemanns grain, weyermann, etc?

Simple,
download them to your computer then open them
Highlight the grains you wish to import
finally drag them to the "Grains & Extracts" in the tree menu on the left.
