Equipment specs.

I'm thinking of buying a brew tree from Beer, Beer, and More Beer.  Does anyone know the specs. I should enter in the equipment list for a 5 Gallon Brew Tree from them?

Could you provide a link to the one you want to purchase?

I found several systems on their web page, so I was not sure which one you had in mind.

Looks like a beautiful system.
 
As a starting point, I would probably use the profile entitled "Brew Pot (6+ gal) and Igloo/Gott Cooler".

Make the following edits:
- Make a copy, then change the name of the profile.
- Adjust the Mash tun and boiler volumes to match the volume of your pots
- Adjust the Mash Tun Material to be "Stainless Steel"
- Measure the lauter tun deadspace and insert that number
- Adjust your evap rate - probably it will be in the 15% range
- Adjust the losses to trub/chiller to your actual value
