Root Beer

Has anyone tried to make an "Adult" Root Beer with any success? If so, what did your recipe look like?
I don't really have a set goal for an alcohol percentage just looking to try something different and was wondering if anyone else had tried it.

BYO website has a Real Root Beer recipe.
I converted it to all grain and it was good.
I think I would stick to the extract version for the first try though.
Very interesting. I do it for Christmas gifts every year.
