I'm just a bad italian homebrewer and I'm using Beersmith from about 2 years.

I need much help and I hop anyone can give me some suggestion to brew a drinkable beer.

Why do you say you are a "bad" homebrewer.  No such thing! 

What do you think makes a drinkable beer?  Why don't you think your beers are drinkable? 

Rules of homebrew:

1.  Sanitation
2.  Sanitation
3.  Sanitation
4.  Fermentation temperature
5.  Full boil

Pretty much any recipe that comes with beersmith will make an outstanding beer if these first 5 rules are followed.
