Happy brewing from Portland, OR.

Greetings from Portland, Oregon!  Nice to meet everyone.  Just started brewing my first batch of amber ale, it was good but could be fantastic.  Looking forwarding to get great info and share recipes with everyone on this forum.

Welcome from Ilwaco, WA. You're in a great city to be home brewing. Steinbartts, where I get most of my stuff, is the oldest homebrew shop in America, and a great place to work with.

Welcome from a fellow Portlander ... where abouts in Portland ?  I am up in Bethany area, NW.

I'm in the SE area of Portland just off of the 205 exit.  Steinbarts is awesome!  I buy most of my supplies there.  Recently just started growing my own hops (northern brewer & cascade). 

Can't wait to start to brewing with these hops if our weather cooperates...lol.
