Why, with 21 # of grain and 0.5 # of dark sugar, do I get "Actual Alcohol by Vol:" of 4.7 %??
"Estimated Alcohol by Vol:" is 11.3 % which is about what I think I should get for this barley Sine.

Actual ABV is based on measured OG and measured FG.  What did you put into beersmith for those two parameters?
