Hello from Austin Texas.
Looking forward to exchanging notes with other homebrewers.
I am back to brewing after a 10 year hiatus.  Mostly extract brewing then.
Now infatuated with Belgian ales, particularly high gravity ones,  and doing mini-mashes on the way to all grain.
I'm not a regular to list posting, so bear with me.
