Where in the system do I permanently uncheck the equal batches for sparging? This always gives 2-3 seperate sparge amounts.

Choose a mash profile that does not have "Batch Sparge" at the end to start with an unchecked Batch Mash profile. 

The check box is on the Mash dialog box, about midway down, if you want to convert what you're using. 
 
Thanks I did that however it's still telling me to use two different sparge amounts.
