I can't seem to get the sparge water temps in Beersmith 2 to work for me.
After the sacc rest, I want to drain the wort and then do 2 equal sparges. BS2 says to use 168 degree water for each sparge. That won't raise the temp from (148-154) to anywhere near 170 degrees. I know I need the water to be around 185 degrees to do this, but how can I get BS2 to do the calculations for me?

Thanks!

anyone?
I'm using the free trial right now so I would like to get this solved before I make my decision on the software.

It will not. There is a field where you can input thee sparge water temperature.  I use 180, but if 185 works for you...
