I'm new to BeerSmith. I'm using version 2. I pulled up a recipe that was part of the all grain collection that I'm interested in. When I click on the fermentation tab, it shows a picture of the fermentation and aging profile. Is there anything in the software that shows how long it should ferment and at what temp? For instance the recipe I'm looking at shows it should (it's a lager) ferment @ 52 degrees for a time period (i guess from the picture it looks to be about 7 days or so?); then @ 38 degrees for 60 days or so and then 52 degrees for another 30 days or so. Is that entire time period the fermentation or is it partially fermentation and the rest aging? I can't really tell from the picture.

By the way, the name of the recipe is Heufahrt American Lager (Hay Ride)
