Grandmaster Brewer
Just brewed my first kit a few weeks ago and liked the process so much, I invested in some new equipment and am ready to move up to larger boils. Learning by book and internet so far, and I think I will stick to extraction brewing for now, and will appreciate all the support I can get from the many experts here. I also just purchased BeerSmith2 and am working my way through creating a Porter recipe. Here we go....
