Hoppy in east central Florida

Prost. I have been brewing partial mashes and all grains since 2007. Before that, all extract. I also grow my own hops.

It is a little to hot here, but Cascade do pretty well. Currently on tap, Leopold der altere (a Pliny the Elder Clone, Two Dogged Ale (Two Hearted), and ESB Session 3.1 %.

Belong to a formal/informal brew club, the Boil Over Boys of Sebastian, and we are active in teaching and helping new members how to brew. Several of us are using Brewsmith and are eagerly awaiting a lite version for android.

Hey Hoppy,    I thought I was the only brewer around these parts.  I'm down in Vero.  Glad to hear you are having luck with Cascade.  Everyone told me hops would never make it here.  Just goes to show...
