Is there an update for specialty grains like Buckwheat (Kasha), millet, quinoa, spelt, etc.?

Does anyone have the statistics on any of these (especially the buckwheat)?
 
I saw this in BYO...I think I will try to find some in a specialty shop and brew something totally new for me.  If you find a souce, let me know.

You might want to try messaging cmbrougham - I think he has brewed a buckwheat beer.
