Hello from Wisconsin

Hi,

Extract brewer for the past 18 months. Hope to start all grain later this year. I really like ales and I find it hard to drink mega brews, (Miller and Bud).

Greetings BrewFF. 

My palate has also changed since finding craft beer back in 1988.  I was a Michelob man before my awakening.  I can't enjoy those beers anymore.  It is kind of like rose or blush wine.  I can't drink it now that I have experienced Cabernet, Chardonnay and other delightful wines.
