Just joshing you guys. I am a bloke like 99% of you. Love my beer. Home brewed a decade ago but the improvement in yeasts and grains available since then is remarkable. Plus I really love the BeerSmith program. I live in Queensland, Australia and am using our winter to produce some light pale ales and a Kolsch.
