My brew is still bubbling after 17 days, normal?

For seventeen days ago I brewed my first Belgian beer, a clone of Maredsous 8. I racked the brew to a secondary fermenter after 11 days and that seemed to restart the fermentation and the beer has kept on bubbling slowly and still is. Is this normal? The brew was a high gravity brew with an OG at 1.076. I was planning to keg the beer this weekend but now I feel like I have to give the beer another few days to finally stop the fermenting.

You can find ll the details for the recipe I used here: http://beersmithrecipes.com/viewrecipe/16440/mardsas-8-11

Any suggestions or ideas?

A higher-gravity beer like 1.076 could take 2-4 weeks to fully ferment and then clean up by-products.

Since you've moved it off the majority of the yeast already, I'd leave it alone for a few weeks AFTER you determine the SG is no longer changing.
