Customizing Folders

It would be helpful to be able to customize which columns display for specific folders and to be able to sort them differently.  For example, I have one folder for my brewed recipes and another for my planned recipes.  I am interested in seeing different columns for these folders.  I want one of the folders to sort ascending and another descending based on the Name field, without having to resort each time.
