cider starting gravity

Is there a thing for unpasteurized cider in beersmith 2.0 ?  looking for specific gravity

any help would be appreciated
 
Depends on the apples, of course, but I have been told that typical fresh juice is often around 1.052.  The one cider I did was around 1.054.
 
I just use uv pasteurized cider from the local co-op ... I how would I add it so I could track in beersmith software?
