Seems bitter and hoppy enough!

Only question is have you used 4 tbsp of gypsum before?  That's ~55 grams, which seems like a lot.

I used 4.5 grams in an strong APA and that yielded a Chloride:Sulfate ratio of 0.42 for "Very Bitter" and you're using 12X that amount.

Others here use more than me, but even if I doubled mine, you'd still be 6X that.  (And my local water is low in sulfate so I add near 100% of the target.)

Gypsum does bring out the bittering but you've already got over 100 IBU Tinseth and 120 by Rager.

So, if you have not used that much before, and/or don't know your base water, I'd recommend using about 5 grams maximum.
