So the latest issue of Zymurgy has a recipe for Baltic Porter which calls for 8 oz. of de-bittered black malt.  I dont see this on the list of available malts in Beersmith 2.  Is there a malt I can substitute and have the recipe come out OK, or does this go by another name, or can I add it to the list - if so, how?  Thanks,

Steve
