I'm new to using beersmith (bought today) and I'm trying to set up a mash profile that fits my equipment. I add all of my water to the mash tun and resirculate it trough a heating system to get the themperature higher. But no mater what I do in Beersmith2 I get fly sparge volume. Why? I have already added all my water when I start the mash process. Anyone got any idea as to how to set up my mash profile to fit? I usually do three temperature-levels in my mashing.
