Inventory of Grains to allow me enter my actual EBC

When I enter grains/hops in my Inventory the EBC or Alpha I am buying from my local HB supplier can be quite a few points in the difference out.
My inventory allows me to enter weight and price, why not EBC or Alpha? :eek:
