Weird boil-off/pre-boil volume

I love BeerSmith, but I have issues with the boil off/preboil volume estimator.  I boil off roughly 1 gallon/hour, but when I inputted a recipe for 11 gallons and a 90 minute boil, the estimated pre-boil volume was 14.2 gallons.  Am I missing something here?  Shouldn't the pre-boil volume be 12.5 gallons?  This screws up my pre-boil gravity as well, obviously.  Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

Check your equipment profile.  BS also uses coolling shrinkage, loss to trub/chiller and top off water for pre boil volume.
