Just wanted to say "hey" from the home of Renner Beer. Long time brewer (late 80's) before the internet and have been playing with hops for just about as long, yes I like hops! Many many resources out there for those of you just getting started so use them wisely. Don't take anything too seriously and always have some beer stashed somewhere where the unexpected guests won't look. Believe me, green bottles blend in well with the celery in the vegetable crisper late at night!
