Hi,
Very new to this but trying to figure out equipment profiles. I have a two vessel HERMS system comprising of two 10 gallon Blichmanns. One is mash tun and other is combo HLT/Boil Kettle. I really don't have top off amount so not sure how that affects it. I often do 3 gallon batches so not sure if that throws things out of whack and I need to create a separate profile for smaller batch? Sometimes I use a cooler mash tun to switch things up a bit so I'm guessing new profile for Blichmann boil kettle and cooler mash tun?
Thought BeerSmith was suppose to make brewing easier? Ha ha
