Just like to say hello to everyone. Been brewing for alomst 7 years myself. Started with the Mr. Beer kit, my boys got me. Got caught - hook,line and sinker. One of my boys got started with me earlier this year. I turned to all grain at that time. We have brewed about 8 or 9 batches since then. Working on finding our own signiture beer. A english mild, have worked with 4 different recipes and changing them up a bit. This is deffinitly where BeerSmith comes in with great results.
