looking for fly sparging option

I am sort of new to full grain brewing and the software.

In the section for profiles for mash.... the pull down menu lists methods i am not familiar with but I do not see a fly sparge.

Would it be single infusion no mash out?

Fly sparge is assumed unless the batch sparge check box is checked within the mash tab.  Single infusion is your typical mash profile...a single rest at a temperature around 145-158 or so.  No mash out just means the mash out step isn't performed after the single rest.
